Cruise to Titusville for Fireworks
**CHANGE OF LOCATION**
We are disappointed to learn that this year the Titusville fireworks display will not be next to the Municipal Marina, but moved to the Executive Airport, so there is no point in going to marina. There is major construction going on at the marine and they are currently one dock short, so availability of transient slips was iffy anyway. Instead we have decided to have a very informal Independence Day cruise to Cocoa Village, with the following pretty loose schedule:
Friday, July 4th: Anchor on the west side of the ICW, just south of SR 520, south of the power lines. We’ll watch the fireworks from our boats.
Saturday, July 5th: Spend free time on our boats or in Cocoa Village shops. Meet on the dinghy dock at 5:00 p.m. and decide where to go for dinner (No group reservations ahead of time as it is too hard to determine who will show up). There are more options if we are a small group or we can split up between several places.
Sunday, July 6th: 8:30 a.m.—potluck breakfast at the pavilion in Lee Wenner park. (Bring your own plates and cutlery). Sail home!
