On 26 April the entire PHRF committee, with the chairman and all 6 member organizations present, met and reviewed a proposed set of changes to the PHRF Policy and Procedures.  These changes were initially promulgated by Gary Smith and included some further changes by Bob Scaringe.  The committee seriously considered all changes with extensive discussion on some issues.  Some changes were incorporated, some not, and some revised during the discussions.   The resultant document was agreed to unanimously, there were no disagreements to the changes incorporated.
