MARKER 21 CRUISEThe Marker 21 spoil island cruise is scheduled for August 15-16. No restaurant, no reservations, come as you are. Join us on the west shore of the island for a 5 pm potluck dinner on Saturday. We will provide plates, forks, and napkins. Bring a dish to share, plus your own beverages, cups and chairs. Our potluck contribution will be a repeat of the ribs that were so popular last year. If it's cool enough, we'll try to build a bonfire. Breakfast will be equally informal, at 8:30 am Sunday morning . Bring your own coffee and something to share.

Rotary Park is at US1 and Suntree Blvd, 1.8 miles north of the Pineda Causeway. For those coming by boat, turn west at ICW marker 94 (approx Lat 28° 23' N; 80° 67' W) and drift up to where the water starts to shallow up—which is pretty close in. There is a beach near the pavilions for a good dingy landing.Saturday, Sept 5th, enjoy a sail on the river to our destination. We will meet at 4:00 pm for hors’ dourves at the small pavilion right next to the large one. Saturday night dinner is on your own—on the boat or at one of the two restaurants nearby—Conch Key Grille or River Rocks.
